FY 2007 - FY 2011 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is a short-range fiscal programming document representing the first four years of the Long-Range Plan. The TIP also contains information about various funding sources and Federal funding requirements. At KIPDA, the TIP is updated annually and like the Long-Range Plan, it must be fiscally constrained. The TIP shows which projects are scheduled for funding and what types of funds will be used for a particular project. It is the responsibility of the Transportation Policy Committee to approve the TIP.
