Project Description: Reconstruct Plantside Drive from Bluegrass Parkway to KY 1819 (Watterson Trail). Project scope includes milling the existing surface, and replacing with a minimum of 2 inches of surface to increase the life of the roadway. This project also includes reconstructing segments of this roadway with failing base and sub-grade. Construct and upgrade sidewalks along one side of Plantside Drive.
