The Kentuckiana Regional Planning and Development Agency (KIPDA) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the five-county Metropolitan Planning Area region including Jefferson, Bullitt and Oldham counties in Kentucky and Clark and Floyd counties in Indiana. Our responsibilities include producing a long range transportation document, the Horizon 2035 Metropolitan Transportation Plan, as well as a short range planning document, the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
Project changes have been proposed for these documents and we would like to get your feedback. The Horizon 2035 Metropolitan Transportation Plan remains financially reasonable and the TIP remains fiscally constrained with the proposed changes. In addition, the projects have been reviewed by the Interagency Consultation Group for the regional emissions analysis. An air quality conformity report and documentation of the analysis are included in the packet which can be accessed by clicking on the link above.
