Social Worker – Needed to perform in-home assessments and case management for older persons and persons with disabilities. Extensive home visits in seven-county area.  Minimum qualifications must be documented in your resume: BA Social Work with 2 years full-time experience with the elderly or MSW with 6 months full-time experience with the elderly.
